Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, a convenient location, and good value for the money.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't clean the first night and had a strange smell, but after being moved to another room due to ongoing construction, everything was much better. Location was good with friendly staff, yet the dining experience lacked variety and the continental options were limited.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located near the 118 freeway, making it easy to reach and explore surrounding areas like the President Reagan Library. The room, although a bit dated, offered plenty of space with two TVs, a sitting room that converted into an extra bed, and handy amenities like a small refrigerator and microwave. The service was top-notch, with friendly and well-presented staff always ready to assist, although there were a couple of hiccups like missing turn-down service one morning. Dining options were satisfactory, but the early closing time at 9 am felt a bit rushed, limiting the convenience for holidaymakers. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
